Behind the Experience
In early 2024 we decided that we wanted to share the richness and beauty of our Italian experience.
We were fortunate to have some close friends as chefs, and knew that so much of the life we enjoy in Italy revolves around food and connections made over meals.
We searched the countryside for the perfect spot to host our experiences, and completely by chance, took a little road that wound around a hillside and there was the Villa we were dreaming of.
There are so many small details that go into hosting a group of people, but everything fell into place as if by magic. The success of hosting our first group in the autumn of last year, gave us the knowledge and confidence to bring you these exciting experiences for 2025.
Working together for the first time, we found that our different skills complemented each other. Madalena has 20 years of working in different aspects of hospitality and wellness from being a group leader of tours in the Baltics and Norway to creating a health and herbal tea business while living in Bali. Auroson, a sculptor and creative, loves to connect the dots and organise people and places, and possibilities.
Together we hope to bring you something genuinely new and wonderful.
